Raymond Challis, one of The Grange Farm Trotters' most experienced runners, travelled across the Channel last weekend to take part in his first race outside the UK.
Ray, along with 18,000 other runners, took part in the Paris Marathon which takes place through the streets of Paris.
Ray completed his 20th marathon in three hours 32 minutes.
Four Trotters took part in a friendly event, which was hosted by the Springfield Striders.
There was a 10k and 23k trail run which involved competitors being given directions on paper to find their own way around the course, and Grange Farm Trotters mambers Chris Hayhow, Chris Brown, Tamily Barker and Karl Barker all completed the run without getting lost.
