The home side made a good start to Monday's game and went in front after ten minutes.
A Mark Simpkins free kick from the left was well read by Dave Stittle who left his marker stranded and then headed the ball over goalkeeper, Neal, and into the net.
Within six minutes the Blues had gone further ahead when Kris Agyei-dua was brought down in the area.
He opted to take the kick himself but Neal read the situation well and parried the shot, but unfortunately for him, it ran to Dave Stittle who thumped it back into the empty net.
Eton Manor steadied the ship and slowly clawed their way back into the game and deservedly reduced the arrears in the 32nd minute when Everton rose well to head home a corner.
Brentwood had the edge in the second half but due mainly to several brilliant saves by Neal they could not get their two goal advantage back.
Stittle hit a brilliant shot from 30 yards out that struck a post and rebounded back into play.
At this point it seemed that 2-1 was to be the result until Grant Delea took a hand. He linked up a good passing movement and then put Kris Agyei-dua clear on goal.
The attackers' first shot struck Neal but he made sure with the second attempt stroking the ball home for Brentwood's third goal.
Eton Manor were not finished and they battled back to get a penalty in injury time, Everton adding his second goal from the spot kick.
Brentwood: D Pether, P Brewington, M Simpkins, J Reed, K Garneys, D Cockerill, J Taylor, G Delea, N Barker, I McGowan (K Agyei-dua 15), G Douglas 85) and D Stittle.
