More than 3,000 bikers got their motors running and hit the highway to Southend to raise money for Little Haven children's hospice.
Young and old motorcyclists roared down to the seafront after covering a 45 mile route from the Ace Cafe on London's North Circular road to the car park opposite the Kursaal along Southend seafront.
Bikers from across London and the South East took part in the run, which culminated in a balloon race along the seafront.
The action then turned to the Kursaal where rock and roll band the Whodinni's provided the music for everyone to party the night away.
Roger Glover, one of the Southend organisers, said: "The Ace Cafe was famous in the 50s and 60s and was a place where all bikers used to meet.
"It closed down but reopened last year and we all get together there. Various runs are arranged and this Easter, Southend was the destination."
Roger would like to thank Ron Miles who arranged the day and Mark Wilsmore the boss of the Ace Cafe.
Lisa Tidder, Southend Council's special events co-ordinator, said the event was a tremendous success.
