Chelmsford Rugby Club are league champions for the first time in the history of the club following their win at Wymondham.
After a hard fought league season, Chelmsford finally reaped the rewards of their efforts when they took the Courage London N.E. 3 title with Saturday's win.
Two coaches of Chelmsford players and supporters made the journey to Norfolk to encourage their team to victory.
The second team started the proceedings with an entertaining 20-0 win and then joined in the support for the firsts.
Tension before the match was high and the players came out onto the pitch to the roar of the crowd.

It was only a matter of four minutes into the game when the first try was scored after Dean Riley had secured good line out ball.
A rolling maul was set up and Tim Roddy went over for the first score, and added another try 20 minutes later in the same fashion.
Being on for a hat-trick, he was then substituted by Darren Saffill who added extra weight to the pack as did Martin Dunn when he came on as a replacement in the second half.
Some excellent work by all the forwards gave a solid platform for the backs to work from.
Iain Poll was instrumental in helping hooker Kev Prior to win several balls against the head and despite sustaining a cut to his head, loose head prop, Paddy O'Riordan maintained his discipline and influence in the front row.
The backs put on a display of good running rugby coupled with the solid defence which has been the hallmark of their season.
Both wingers had their opportunities, but it was Rob Randall who succeeded in running in two of the tries.
Paul Foster on the other wing and Peter Graves at full back were always on hand to help their fellow backs out.
However, it was centre Les. Jefferson who produced the try of the afternoon when he ran almost the length of the pitch to score, despite being pursued by some youthful Wymondham players.
As the game progressed, confidence grew and the Chelmsford players were able to give the spectators something to cheer about.
The forwards added another try to their tally when Dean Riley touched the ball down over the line after Paul Smith, Lawrence Crispin, and James Howe had set up a driving maul.
Trevor Bedding, celebrating his birthday, came off just into the second half and substitute Andy Cryne sealed the victory for Chelmsford with two superb tries.
If Dom Fenton had had his kicking boots on, the winning margin would have been even greater.
It was certainly a day to remember for Chelmsford Rugby Club, sponsored by Dean Ketley of D.Ketley Asphalt. Special mention was extended to Rob Earley who has capably captained the team to their win, coach Tim Hughes who has worked hard to get the players to this standard and Neil Mitchell, team manager, for all his administration.
Coming through . . the Billericay player goes past two Harwich & Dovercourt players in Saturday's match which Billericay convincingly won 89-0.
