Police have warned the public to be on their guard after some potentially dangerous drugs were stolen from a handbag.
An Essex Police spokesman said the drugs, Chlordiazepoxide, Clomipramine, and Trifluoperazine, were in a black plastic rucksack taken from an address in Pitsea Road overnight between Friday and Saturday.
Officers appealed to anyone finding the drugs to hand them in to the nearest police station.
