The entire contents of Basildon's Yardley factory is to be put up for auction.
The factory will be closed a year after the company went into recievership, following a period of declining sales.
The major auction on April 21 and 22 will include some 2,000 lots, with interest expected from around the world.
Catalogues and videos will be made available for the sale, which is to be held at the 16-acre Miles Gray Road site.
The factory will close but the brands will continue under new ownership. It brings to an end a long association between the perfume giant and Basildon.
