Budding string virtuosos played their hearts out when they took to the stage at Leigh Musical Festival.
Youngsters Joseph Simpkins, 11, Lauren Whitehead, nine, and Luke Avery, ten, were just three of the young performers to show off their string instruments. The 69-year-old festival will finish tomorrow at Leigh Community Centre, Elm Road, Leigh.
