Basildon Athletic Club produced an outstanding display in the Essex AAA Young Athletes Road relays at Thurrock.
The girls won the under-15 title and were runners-up at both under-13 and under-17 age group.
They also had a fifth position with their B team in the under-13s and seventh in the under-15s.
For the boys, both the under-13s and under-17s collected silver runners-up medals with the under-15s fifth.
Southend's under-13 A girls were seventh with their B line-up 11th.
In the under-17s they took fourth spot. For the boys, the under-13s were eighth.
Host club Thurrock did well with victory in the under-13 and under-17 boys races. They were runners-up in the under-15.
For the girls, Thurrock were 12th in the under-13s and fifth for the under-15s.
All races were over 9000 metres, starting from Thurrock Harriers Blackshots Track, with each individual runner covering a 3000m course.
