Grab your partner and take them by the hand to a Canvey church hall this weekend for a fun barn dance.
Money raised from Saturday's dance will go towards the trip of a lifetime for a group of sick and disabled people.
A ten day visit to Lourdes is being planned for September 2000, organised by two Canvey women, aiming to raise £26,000.
Two large jumbulances - a cross between an ambulance and a coach - will take the sick and disabled to Lourdes, with a team of doctors and nurses.
Mayor of Castle Point, councillor Valerie Wells will be getting on down at Canvey Catholic church hall in Long Road for the barn dance which starts at 8pm. Admission is £5 for adults.
