Judgement was due to be announced today in former Southend United manager Colin Murphy's claim against Blues in the High Court.

Murphy is alleging that the Roots Hall club owe him a sum of over £70,000 in respect of his cut from the move which took Stan Collymore to Nottingham Forest and other deals.

Southend, in return, are claiming that Murphy should pay them £16,000 for breach of contract for his alleged failure to give them notice of his departure when he left to take over as manager of Dublin club Shelborne United.
