Police have warned the public that a piece of medical equipment has been mislaid near a Chelmsford pub.
An adrenaline injector pen was lost in the area near The Compasses pub in Broomfield Road on Tuesday night, according to an Essex Police spokesman.
The Eppigram pen is grey at one end and black at the other, and contains 0.3mg of adrenaline. If injected it will cause an increased heart rate, and possible nausea and vomiting.
Anyone finding the pen has been asked to take it to their nearest police station, handling it with care, or to call Chelmsford police on 01245 491491
