Concern is growing for the welfare of a missing 40-year-old disabled man from Southend who has disappeared without taking his medication with him.
An Essex Police spokesman said David Ravell had been missing from his home in Maldon Road since about 3pm yesterday.
Mr Ravell suffers from multiple sclerosis and epilepsy and is confined to a wheelchair. He appears not have taken the daily medication he needs with him.
He was last seen wearing a green and white striped shirt, light trousers and a blue jacket.
