Parents have been campaigning since hearing Southend Council is planning to amalgamate Thorpe Bay School and Prittlewell Technology College.
Parents of Thorpe Bay pupils have now come together to form the Thorpe Bay Action Group. The group, which will be meeting at the school this Wednesday at 7pm, will be launching a poster and leaflet campaign.
