GUITAR band McFly were crowned the new kings of pop after scooping six awards at the T4 Poll Winners' Party.
Singer and bass player Dougie Poynter, from Corringham, was delighted McFly held-off stiff competition from Coldplay, the Kaiser Chiefs, Sugababes and Girls Aloud, to pick up the Best UK Band award.
The pop rockers also won Best Single for All About You, Best Album for self-titled McFly, and Stars of the Year.
Dougie was handed the Top Mop award for his trademark shaggy haircut. Thorpe Bay pop star James Bourne's new band Son Of Dork were handed the Hot New Talent award.
