KINDHEARTED kids at a Billericay school are helping underprivileged children around the world enjoy some festive cheer this Christmas.
Pupils at the Buttsbury Junior School have spent the last month collecting gifts, ranging from toys to winter woollies and toiletries.
They have filled more than 300 shoe boxes with the presents which will be sent to poor children.
It forms part of the Operation Christmas Child appeal run by charity, Samaritans Purse, each year.
