WESTCLIFF took the honours in a hard-fought local derby, thanks to a five-try display from winger Paul Radley.
But the home-side didn't have it all their own way after spending the first half soaking up heavy pressure from a Rochford side who were left ruing their inability to turn possession into points while they were on top.
Rochford spokesman John Walkinshaw was left to rue his side's profligacy: "We should have been out of sight but couldn't convert pressure into points and paid the price
"Westcliff opened up in the second half and finished worthy winners."
