Police swooped on a suspected drugs den in Colchester.
Going in - police officers in Nicholsons Grove. (46401-2)
Officers in riot gear stormed a first floor flat in Nicholsons Grove, off East Hill, at about 4pm yesterday.
The raid was part of a drive to stamp out the supply of cocaine and heroin in the town. The search warrant was executed following information received by town centre police.
Officers smashed through the front door and carried out the search using a sniffer dog.
A 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of allowing her premises to be used for the supply of crack cocaine. She was released on police bail until January.
Insp John Hayter said: "This is part of an ongoing operation to disrupt the dealing of class A drugs in Colchester."
