A SURVEY that revealed dog mess as one of the biggest concerns to residents in Castle Point has come as no surprise to councillors.
More than 1,000 residents, including children, were asked to give their verdict on the borough's parks and open spaces. The results revealed dog mess was ahead of graffitti and vandalism when it came to complaints.
