A woman was airlifted to hospital after a head-on collision.

Clacton firefighters had to cut the door off the 27-year-old driver's car so ambulancemen could get her out.
The accident happened on the B1027 between Thorrington and St Osyth near Flag Hill at 8.20am yesterday.
Ambulance operations manager John Woolfenden said: "Due to the damage, it was not possible to get the door of the Vauxhall Corsa open.
"Firefighters cut it away so ambulance crews could get the 27-year-old woman out."
The woman complained of left leg and hip pain and was taken to Colchester General Hospital by the Essex Air Ambulance. The other driver, was unhurt.
Mr Woolfenden said: "The airbags played a large part in reducing the level of injury."
