MULTI-MILLION pound plans to build a new computer and art suite at a Wickford high school have been submitted to Basildon Council.
Bromfords School hopes to build the new £2.8million centre to enhance its facilities as more and more pupils seek to take up places.
Richard Thomas, headteacher, said the number of pupils is expected to peak at more than 1,100 next year, with a record 240 new intake in 2007, compared to 186 a few years ago.
