Colchester United defender Sam Stockley believes Phil Parkinson would swap every award in his cabinet to earn the Layer Road side a place in the play-offs.

U's boss Parkinson was beaten to the manager-of-the-month award for November by Doncaster Rovers boss Dave Penney, an unjust decision according to defender Stockley.
He said: "We've won every game this November, what does he have to do?
"I think it was a poor decision, but I know for sure the gaffer, Parkinson, would swap every award he has to earn us promotion.
"He would give it up straight away if it meant a victory in the FA Cup at Shrewsbury Town tomorrow and six points from the next two League games.
"The manager, though, doesn't need awards if he keeps going like he is.
"His achievements in what he has done at Colchester has already started to earn him an excellent reputation."
