It takes a lot to keep a good man down.
Keep the faith - Town defender Richard Naylor (right) believes his side can still acheive promotion this season. (42399-10)
And, despite the blow of their last-gasp defeat at Cardiff on Monday, stalwart defender Richard Naylor still has one thing on his mind - promotion.
Town are 15th in the Championship and closer to the bottom three than the top six, ahead of tomorrow's mid-table tussle at home to Wolves.
But the promising reality is that only seven points separate Town and sixth-placed Cardiff.
And Naylor said: "West Ham showed last year that you can lose 15 games in a season and still go up.
"That gives us a lot of hope and highlights the fact there's still plenty of time to make a late run into the top six.
"Who knows? That could even prove more advantageous than ending the regular season in third place - as we've found out to our cost on a number of painful occasions."
Naylor also believes a strong showing in the second half of the season could give his side much-needed momentum.
