THURROCK FC take a break from their Conference South campaign and will be bidding to continue their defence of the Essex Senior Cup on Monday evening.
Having thumped East Thurrock United 7-0 in the last round, Fleet should enter the match against Southern League Division One East Wivenhoe in confident mood, particularly as they are currently enjoying a great run in the league and have recorded seven wins in their last nine outings, losing just once - the calamatous 6-0 thumping at Cambridge City in early November which appears to have been the catalyst for a big change in fortunes for Colin McBride's team.
