Andrea Morris is doing a skydiveto raise money for the Willow Foundation in memory of her 30-year-old sister JillTanfield, who tragically lost her battle with cancer this summer.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003, Mrs Tanfield died in July after the cancer spread to her bones, lungs and liver.
She left behind her three-year-old daughter Courtney.
Before she died, Mrs Tanfield enjoyed a family holiday to the Isle of Wight and a trip with her dad to London paid for by the Willow Foundation.
The foundation provides care and financial support for seriously ill adults.
Mrs Morris, a 33-year-old mother-of-two who lives in Churchill Road, is going to take the plunge from 10,000ft on February 5 from an airfield in Cambridge to raise money for the charity which gave her sister pleasure in her last few weeks.
Anyone wishing to sponsor Mrs Morris should call 01376 330807.
