COLCHESTER is again in the running for a prestigious award that celebrates how buildings can benefit communities.
Following on last year’s victory by the Weston Homes Community Stadium, the revamped Wilson Marriage Centre is in line for a regional award from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
The Grade II-listed former secondary school, which was given a £2.5m renovation by Essex County Council, has been nominated in the community benefit category of the annual architectural awards.
