May I express my thanks and gratitude to St Peter’s Hospital, in Maldon, for saving me after my stroke.
I went into Broomfield Hospital, in Chelmsford, on September 1 and couldn’t walk or talk.
I was transferred to St Peter’s and they got me walking and talking until I left them on November 10.
A miracle.
I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed me and the professional manner with which they did their job.
I would particularly like to thank the following physiotherapists, who helped me to walk and talk again: Christine Brown, Alison Thurgood and Nicole Clement.
Without their help, I would not be at home today with my family. Thank you.
