COLCHESTER MP Bob Russell raised the issue of taxing war widow pensions in the House of Commons, during Prime Minister’s Question Time.
Liberal Democrat Mr Russell said he was “greatly encouraged” when Prime Minister David Cameron said the issue of war widows paying income tax on their pension would be looked at during a forthcoming review.
