A CONVICTED murderer is continuing in his bid to clear his name.
Simon Hall, 33, is hoping The Court of Appeal in London will overturn his 2003 conviction for the killing of pensioner Joan Albert in Capel St Mary, near Colchester.
The 79-year-oldwas stabbed during a break-in at her home.
