DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a street robbery in Victor Road, Colchester.
A disabled 49-year-old man was confronted by two men, one of which produced a knife, who demanded cash.
The victim, who needs a walking stick, handed over £300 but was still pushed over and sustained cuts and bruises.
Both men responsible were white and aged in their 20s. The one with the knife was six foot tall, thin, with dark shaven hair and a prominent chin.
He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a grey hooded top with "Echo" written on it.
The second man was 5ft 8, stocky build with a dark hooded top.
The attack took place at about 7pm on Monday, December 6.
