ESSEX is still waiting to hear how much money it will get in Government grants next year.
The county council is unable to make definitive plans for the next financial year until the grant settlement amount is announced, which has been repeatedly delayed but is now expected on Monday.
The figure will dictate the future of all the jobs and services run by Essex County Council.
