HOSPITAL services could be brought back in-house as a trust looks at what to do with its £70 million facilities budget.
For several years roles such as portering, gardening and other building and site management roles have been outsourced to a private company.
But next year the contract is up for renewal and the Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust is considering whether it wants to take on the management of some of the roles itself.
