A man is due to appear in court for driving dangerously after drinking three times the legal limit of alcohol.
The 51-year-old from Tiptree is due to appear before Colchester Magistrates Court on February 17 charged with dangerous driving and drink driving in Walnut Tree Way, Tiptree, on February 6.
