FAMILIES say they feel lucky to be alive after a suspected arson attack on an empty ground-floor flat.
Residents at Granary Court, Hythe Quay, evacuated their homes in a hurry after the blaze broke out in a living room in the early hours of this morning.
No-one was inside the property as the tenant, a pensioner, is currently in hospital.
