A GROUP of ten children from Colchester are jetting off to China to help put together a major exhibition.
The Gilberd pupils had to select the final ten for the trip from 80 applicants who took part in an X-Factor contest to whittle the number down.
Whilst in the Nanjing province of the country the pupils, who head off on Monday, will help select items which will be loaned to Colchester for a forthcoming exhibition to tie in with the 2012 Olympics.
