Festival revellers have been praised for their good behaviour throughout this year's V Festival.
Both the emergency services and the police hailed the weekend event at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, a success - despite a slight increase in the number of arrests for drug offences and the number of people treated by medical staff.
Essex Police said officers seized "a large quantity of illegal substances" and recovered cash from suspected drug dealers.
Specialist drug dogs patrolled the festival site throughout the weekend The new-style neighbourhood policing led to several people being arrested for alleged assaults and the possession of illegal weapons.
About 60 people were arrested.
The East of England Ambulance Service and St John Ambulance worked together, attending to any sick people over the weekend.
Incidents included a man who accidentally stabbed himself with a tent peg, minor burns from people starting fires in tents and exploding gas cookers.
