Patients can have their say on accessing a GP outside surgery opening hours.
A kiosk has been set up at the NHS walk-in centre in Turner Road, Colchester, to ask patients for their views on the out-of-hours doctors service.
They will be able to rate the telephone operators, reception staff at the walk-in centre and the doctor.
Joanne Penny, general manager for Harmoni, which runs the out-of-hours service, said: “A positive patient experience underpins everything we do so this is an excellent additional means of us gauging patient feedback so we can continue to make any necessary changes to the services we offer.”
