A WOMAN had to be freed from her car by firefighters after her vehicle left the road and collided with a tree.
The collision took place around 3.10pm on Saturday in Clacton Road, Mistley.
Two fire crews from Manningtree attended the scene and freed the woman from her car using hydraulic cutting equipment.
The woman was released by 3.30pm.
She sustained minor injuries.
