A MOTORIST was left trapped and another person injured following a collision in Colchester.
Fire crews from Colchester were called to a two vehicle collision in Ipswich Road at 5.45pm on Sunday.
They used two sets of hydraulic cutting equipment to release the trapped person by 6.20pm.
Fire crews also gave first aid to the other person, who was not thought to be seriously hurt.
