A MAN accused of selling Class A drugs to undercover police officers has appeared in court.
Wayne Swaby, 27, of Haringey, north London, is charged with five counts of supplying drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin, in Clacton between August 15 and 18.
He did not enter a plea when he appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The painter and decorator, who is a father of seven-year-old twins, was remanded in prison after being refused bail.
Swaby will next appear at the Colchester court on February 10, when his trial will be committed to Crown Court.
