A RESTAURANT want sports teams to come forward to be sponsored.

The Balkerne Gate Table Table restaurant wants Colchester clubs in need of new equipment to come forward ahead of the summer season.

Helen Lavery, Table Table marketing manager, said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to support one of the local clubs here in Colchester.

“The local community is really important to us, so to be able to give something back is amazing.

“We hope that the new kit or equipment will provide the winning club a boost for the future.”
