A LORRY driver arrested after a fatal road crash in Goldhanger has been rebailed.
Robert Barnard, 59, of Goldhanger Road, Heybridge, died after his Ford Fiesta was in collision with a lorry in Maldon Road, in September last year.
The driver of the lorry, a 32-year-old from Upton Park, East London, was later arrested by police on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
His bail has now been extended until May 14.
