A PUB landlady said she may be forced to close if her latest bid for a music licence fails.
Barbara Kingston, who runs the Foresters Arms, in Castle Road has to take her fight to the courts after a recent application to Colchester Council was refused.
Despite having around 100 signatures and letters of support the licence was turned down following complaints from just two of the pub’s neighbours.
Mrs Kingston said that another refusal could put her out of business.
