A PUB celebrated St George’s Day with bands, bunting and beer.
The Hare and Hounds pub in Layer Breton marked the patron saint of England’s day with a special beer festival.
A number of live bands provided entertainment over the weekend, and classic cars were on display during Sunday afternoon.
Guest beers, including George’s Best and Dragon’s Blood are on offer to ale aficionados through out the week as the celebrations continue.
Landlord Mark King said: “It has gone really well so far.
“We’ve had a great turn out, and staff are wearing their roses with pride.
“The beers have proved popular and are on offer all week.”
