Today I went to Boots in Colchester town centre, for a prescription, but River Island was definitely trying to deter customers from the area.
The noise (music?) coming from the store was so loud it was an assault on the ears of everyone in the area.
Why was it allowed? Will anyone be suing the shop for hearing damage?
What about the poor shop assistants, or did they have cotton wool in their ears?
Is there not a limit to the level of noise pollution allowed?
