* A man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following a suspicious death in Colchester.
Tom Sadler-Smith, 26, was discovered dead by police in his flat in Colchester. A post mortem examination was carried out but no cause of death has been released.
* Emergency services evacuated an office building on a Colchester business park for the second time in 11 days.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to council offices at Essex House when staff said they felt dizzy and sick after inhaling a noxious, metallic-tasting gas.
