A JURY has found a 23 year old guilty of murdering Oli Smith-Daye in the early hours of New Year's Day this year.
Mr Smith-Daye died in hospital following an incident after a party at a house in Trimley Close, Clacton.
A post-mortem examination revealed the 29-year-old, of West Avenue, died from head injuries.
Charlie Jacobs, 23, of Beach Road, Clacton has been found guilty of the murder after a trial.
Elisha Francois, 21, formerly of Trimley Close, Clacton, but now living in Amersham Walk, Harold Hill was found guilty of manslaughter.
And Alan Didier, 42, of Renfrew Close, London was found not guilty.
