MARK Kinsella has confirmed Colchester United want to sign Sanchez Watt.
The U’s have already landed one of their former loanees from Arsenal, having agreed to sign Eastmond from the Gunners when his contract expires at the end of next month.
Watt is also expected to be released by the North London side, with his deal also due to run out in the next few weeks.
And while other clubs are said to be interested, assistant manager Kinsella has revealed that the U’s are keen to bring him the forward back to the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Kinsella said: “We would definitely be interested in Sanchez.
“We’ve got Craig Eastmond and the pair play off one another.
“They’ve been at Arsenal together for a number of years and they bring the best out of one another’s games.
“If we could bring the pair of them to Colchester on a permanent basis, it would be fantastic."
