Richard Garcia came off the bench to help Colchester United beat Crystal Palace 3-1 at Selhurst Park, in the Coca-Cola Championship.
Garcia, who came on as a substitute for Johnnie Jackson on the hour, added to Karl Duguid's tap-in to put the U's 2-0 up, and won the penalty for Chris Iwelumo to secure the points for Geraint Williams' side.
Clinton Morrison has briefly given Palace hope of a revival with a close range header.
