Tom Eastman landed the two main awards at Colchester United's end of season dinner.
The 22-year-old centre-back scooped the club's Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year accolades at the U's event, held at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Eastman, who played 39 times for Colchester in all competitions this season, just edged out top goalscorer Freddie Sears for the players' award.
Midfielder Alex Gilbey won the Young Player of the Year, while David Wright secured the Community Player of the Year accolade.
Goalkeeper Sam Walker was presented with his Colchester United Supporters Association Player of the Year and Away Player of the Year awards, while Jabo Ibehre was Hospital Radio Player of the Year.
