Colchester United have restructured the way they recruit new players.
Jonathan Duckett has been promoted to the newly-created role of data analyst, where he will be tasked with helping the U’s in their search for new faces.
The 29-year-old has been elevated from his position of performance analyst, which he has filled at Colchester since 2006.
